📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
After review, we will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

🔄 Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, orders may already be processed and cannot be cancelled.

🚫 Returns

Due to the nature of our products and international shipping, we currently do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect orders made by the customer.
